Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas warned new settlement construction would end peace talks after the Israeli premier told him on Wednesday building will continue, a senior Palestinian official said.

Question by mynydd_mor: What are resources for condos / senior citizens when building manager says recycling is too costly?
My grandmother (in her early 80s) lives not in assisted living but in a very active senior condo building in Bergen Co. New Jersey. She mentions to me how guilty she feels not recycling but when they’ve asked about recycling they’re told it is too expensive to implement in the buildings.
