KENNEBUNK — John Mott, Frank Cable, Richard T. Hutchins and Wilfrid Messer were selected by the Maine Health Care Association to receive Certificates of Lifetime Achievement during a ceremony in the Statehouse’s Hall of Flags on April 16.
